    Welcome Packet:

    We provide guests with a welcome packet that includes important information about the property, such as Wi-Fi access, emergency contact numbers, and house rules.

    Property Tour:

    Upon arrival, a member of our team or a designated representative conducts a brief tour of the property. During this tour, we explain how to use appliances, heating or cooling systems, and any security features.

    Key Handover or Keyless Entry:

    Guests are provided with keys or access codes to the property. For added convenience and security, some properties may use keyless entry systems.

    Contact Information:

    We provide guests with our contact information, so they can reach out to us if they encounter any issues or have questions during their stay.

    Check-In Documentation:

    Guests may be asked to sign a check-in form or document acknowledging receipt of keys and property information.

    Check-Out Process:

    Pre-Departure Communication:

    A day or two before check-out, we remind guests of the check-out time and any specific instructions for departing the property.

    Property Inspection:

    On the day of check-out, a member of our team inspects the property to ensure it is in good condition and that no damage has occurred during the stay.

    Return of Keys:

    Guests return the keys or deactivate any keyless entry codes as part of the check-out process.

    Settling Outstanding Balances:

    If there are any outstanding balances, such as utility bills or additional charges, these are settled during the check-out process.

    Check-Out Documentation:
